上海市宜川地区小学生近视流行情况分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze prevalence states of myopia,to explore relevant influencing factors among primary school students in Yichuan area of Shanghai and to put forward feasible suggestions. Methods:During October of 2013 and November of 2013,vision surveys and questionnaire investigation were conducted on all pupils in Yichuan Community. Pupils’ myopia rate and influencing factors were analyzed. Results:A total of 3 038 subjects completed the survey,response rate was 99.31%. A total of 1 568 poor vision pupils were detected,and prevalence rate was 51.9%. Totally 983 myopia pupils were detected,and prevalence rate was 32.36%. Logistic regression analysis showed that age,sleeping time and eye care habits were relevant to the development of myopia(P<0.01),age,insufficient distance with the eye(P<0.05),with the eye excessive bending(P<0.01)being risk factors of myopia,and sleeping (P<0.01)was a protection factor from myopia. Conclusion:The myopia has a high prevalence in Yichuan Community. Lots of factors influence incidence of myopia.关键词
