Introduction of technical plan and key technologies of health emergency plan for nuclear and radiation accidents

Abstract
A project of technical plan and key technologies of health emergency plan for nuclear and radiation accidents has been introduced in this paper. This project is a sub-project of health industry research project of China named as“the health emergency information platform of online training and drill based on the key technology integration and innovation”. The project developed and improved the nuclear and radiation accidents health emergency plan and operation plan,and the seven key techniques including personal protection,isolation,field triage,on-site medical rescue,sample collection,dose estimation and emergency radiation monitoring. The knowledge database,training database,technical standard(guide)database,case database,examination database and drill script library have also been developed. Results of the project provided lots of basic material and data to construct the national public health emergencies online training and training platform.关键词
