The application of pay for performance(P4P)in improving diabetes control
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To get knowledge of the results and pathway of pay for performance in diabetes control. Methods:Literature from 2004 to 2013 was reviewed. The factors of the references including publication year,implementation area,pathway and effectiveness were analyzed. Results:Twenty papers were included and the strategies were mainly implemented in the United Kingdom,the United States,Australia,and Taiwan Region. Many experiences of pay-for-performance(P4P)in diabetes control had been explored in England. Conclusion:The policy of P4P really improved the quality of diabetes care and management. It is suggested that more attention be paid to the maneuverability of incentives for performance and the equity and accessibility of the implementation in the future.关键词
