Abstract
Objective:To indicate the difficulties of operating private non-profit hospitals by a comparative study of a private non-profit hospital and a public hospital in the economic performance and the social benefits. Methods:In-depth interviews and a questionnaire survey were conducted to analyze the economic performance and the social benefits of a private non-profit hospital and a public hospital. Results:Between the private non-profit hospital and the public hospital,there were differences in the economic performance and the sustainable development ability. Conclusion:Public hospitals surpass private non-profit hospitals in the economic performance and sustainable development ability.关键词
