Abstract
As an important part of national health reform,implementing global budget of medical insurance effectively achieved the purposes of the health insurance financial balance. However,based on the meticulous management,new challenges need to be considered after the implementation of global budget of medical insurance, which affects not only the total amount of health insurance spending,treatment cost and effectiveness of treatment,but also the efficiency of the hospital medical resource utilization.关键词
