临床医师胜任力评价指标体系的构建
The construction of the competency evaluation system of physicians

Abstract
Objective:To construct the competency evaluation system of physicians in tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai.Methods:A Delphi method was used. Sixteen specialists with the professional titles of supervisor physicians or higher and over ten years of clinical experience were consulted in two rounds from six tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai.Results:The specialists were quite active while the Cr of specialists was from 0.68 to 0.91 and the coefficients of coordination were 0.58,0.25 and 0.30(P<0.001),respectively. The competency evaluation indictors for the physicians in tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai consisted of three first-level indictors:cognitive ability, technical ability,attitude and value(the weight was 0.34,0.41 and 0.25),10 second-level indictors and 54 third-level indictors.Conclusion:The specialists’ activity,authority and concentration of their opinions are quite high. The competency evaluation system of physicians in tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai should reflect cognitive ability, technical ability as well as attitude and value.关键词
