Abstract
After analyzing the logistics management system and the current staff status of the hospital,it was indicated that the staff structure was unreasonable,the building of the logistics team was neglected and logistics personnel lacked a sense of crisis and competition themselves. It is suggested to improve hospital processes and logistics management system,strengthen personnel training and hospital logistics and enhance cost control and other hospital management countermeasures.关键词
