杭州市老年居民慢性病患病及就医行为分析
The analysis of chronic diseases situation and medical care seeking behavior of elderly residents in Hangzhou

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the basic information,changes of chronic diseases situation and medical care seeking behavior of elderly residents in Hangzhou.Methods:Hangzhou household surveys were conducted annually from 2009 to 2013 with a self-compiled questionnaire and multi-stage stratified sampling,and the elderly residents aged 60 and above among the surveys were selected for the study.Results:The elderly residents in Hangzhou had high prevalence of chronic diseases,of which the top three were hypertension,heart disease and diabetes. The proportion of outpatients seeking community health services as first rose and meanwhile the proportion of self-medication stayed high. The community health services cost less than the upper level health services,but no significant differences were found in the self-paid ratios.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and the behavior of seeking community health services should be encouraged as well in order to reduce the disease burden of elderly residents.关键词
