摘要
Abstract
The article pointed out that the“assistant general practitioner 3+2 training model” plays an important role in improving levels of Jiading suburb of grassroots health professionals,linking health resources,enhancing abilities of medical teaching and research in rural health institutions and promoting appropriate technology on the basis of the review of appropriate general practitioners training. Problems of organization,management,policy and training base construction were summarized. Relevant policy suggestions were put forward.关键词
