摘要
Abstract
Good quality control system of medical care will promote the improvement of medical care,increase good services awareness,increase patient satisfaction,reduce medical accidents and conflicts,and affects future development of hospitals. Based on previous analysis on quality control system of medical care and focused group discussions,a protocol for construction of quality control system for medical care in Pudong New Areas was put forward in the paper. The protocol provides the information not only for Pudong New Area to construct better quality control system of medical care but also for other areas in China.关键词
