Abstract
The paper introduced the concept of PDCA cycle(plan,do,check,action) and the application of PDCA cycle in hospital accreditation. The authors pointed out that fully introducing the concept of PDCA cycle into the hospital management process could not only promote all the work of the hospital accreditation,but also help the consolidation of the long-term mechanism of hospital quality management and continuously improve the quality and safety of medical care.关键词
