儿童弱视发病相关因素的1：1匹配病例对照研究
The 1:1 matched case-control analysis on the relative factors of amblyopia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the major relative factors of amblyopia in children. Methods A 1:1matched case control study was used in 100 paired cases and 100 controls. The major factors impacted on the occur-rence of amblyopia were analyzed by condition logistic regression model. Results The times of pregnancy, daylight of children’s habitual room, sugar-intake were mutually related to the occurrence of amblyopia, seafood was protection factor. There are interaction among times of pregnancy, daylight of children’s habitual room and sugar-intake. sugar-intake and amblyopia has dose-response relationship. Conclusions There are many factors impacte on the occurrence of amblyopia in children, including the congenital factors, acquired factors and the nutritional factors.关键词
