轻中度近视青少年配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜后角膜形态早期变化
The corneal changes of mild and moderate myopia teenagers with overnight orthokeratology lens

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of overnight orthokeratology lens on the corneal shape in mild and moderate myopia. Methods 21cases (42 eyes) of mild and moderate myopia teenagers wore overnight orthokeratolo-gy lens and were measured by Orbscan II. The changs of the corneal shape were analyzed at 1 day, 1 week,1 month, 3~6 months. Results The average corneal curvature became lower after wearing lens 1 week,P﹤0.05. There was no statis-tically significant difference after wearing lens for 1month and 3~6 months.There was statistically difference for corneal front surface diff number and the corneal thickness, P<0.05. There was no statistically difference for corneal white- to-white, corneal rear surface diff number and anterior chamber depth, P >0.05. Conclusion The corneal curvature de-creased in mild and moderate myopia teenagers with overnight orthokeratology lens.关键词
