Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of eye position and possible influencing factors in con-comitant exotropia after surgery. Methods 142 cases of concomitant exotropia were followed postoperation and results were summarized. Results 122 cases were orthotropia, accounting 85.92%, 1 week after surgery. 110 cases were orthotropia, accounting 77.46%, 1 year follow-up after surgery. Conclusions The effect of concomitant strabismus surgery is related with operation, the patient's age,refractive status, type of strabismus, strabismus course,binocu-lar vision,and many other factors. Surgical correction of eye position as soon as possible is important to the estab-lishment and restoration of binocular vision in patients.关键词
