烟草花粉冷冻干燥方法研究初报
Preliminary Report on the Freeze-drying Method for Tobacco Pollen
摘要
Abstract
Multi-factor test method for freeze-drying of tobacco pollen, pollen pre-freezing time, vacuum drying time and add antifreeze before pre-freezing three factors were studied. The results showed the three factors significantly affected pollen drying, pollen viability and pollination on fruit setting rate. Vacuum drying time was the main factors affecting pollen.Pre-freezing time and vacuum drying time had great interaction. Tobacco pollen freeze-drying without adding antifreeze, pre freezing time was 2~3 h, vacuum time was 12 h.关键词
