基于高密度SSR连锁群的烟草致香物质关联分析
Association analysis of tobacco aroma constituents based on high density SSR linkage group

Abstract
Eleven tobacco varieties with different aroma types were selected as samples to examine 52 aroma constituents by Gas Chromatography. 62 simple-sequence repeat (SSR) markers which come from a high density tobacco SSR linkage group were scanned. Marker-trait association analysis showed that there were 24 loci significantly associated with 17 types of aroma constituents and each locus was often associated with several aroma constituents. LD analysis revealed two haplotypes at this linkage group, which were tsHap1_1 and tsHap1_2. The former consisted of locus 52429 and 53840 while the latter comprised locus 61443, 52305 and 55052, occupying 3.012cM. 9 aroma constituents were found to be associated with tsHap1_2. Therefore, the associated SSR loci and haplotype with aroma constituents are both beneficial for marker assistant selection in tobacco leaf quality improvement.关键词
