陕西烟草青枯病的发生与病原鉴定
Identiifcation of tobacco bacterial wilt pathogen in Shaanxi
摘要
Abstract
Tobacco bacterial wilt in Shaanxi was investigated using samples typical of wilt symptoms. Results showed that bacterial wilt occurred in tobacco growing areas of southern Shaanxi province including Hanzhong, Ankang and Shangluo. No bacterial wilt disease was observed in other tobacco growing areas such as Yan'an, Baoji and Xianyang. It broke out in early June and prevailed in the middle of July, indicating that it aggravated in line with rising temperature ( with incidence of up to 24.67%). Morphology observation, pathogenicity determination, physiological and biochemical identification in combination with 16S rDNA sequence analysis showed that the pathogen was Ralatonia solanacearum.关键词
