BABA诱导烟草抵御高盐胁迫的初步研究
A preliminary study on BABA-induced resistance to high salt stress in tobacco

Abstract
This paper introduced the function of BABA in protecting tobacco from high salt stress and attempted to explore the mechanism through measuring antioxidative molecular content, antioxidative enzyme activities, and related gene expression. Results showed that 0.2 mmol/L BABA and 0.5 mmol/L BABA both could increase root length and fresh weight of tobacco under high salt stress significantly via increasing the contents of GSH, proline, chlorophyll, H2O2 and the activities of SOD, APX, POD and CAT. BABA alleviated the damage of cell membrane integrity via decreasing the contents of MDA and relative electrical conductivity. The involved ABA-response genes NtRAB18, NtERD10B, NtERD10D were higher expressed than the salt stress group. The above evidence suggested that 0.2 mmol/L BABA and 0.5 mmol/L BABA were beneficial in relieving high salt stress on tobacco by stimulating antioxidant system and over expression genes of ABA-response.关键词
