蛋白激酶A催化亚单位β（PRKACB）在非小细胞肺癌内的表达及临床意义
The Expression and Clinical Significance of PRKACB/Protein Kinase A Catalytic Subunitβin Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of PRKACB gene/protein kinase A catalytic subunitβprotein in non-small cell lung cancer, and study its clinical significance. Methods The PRKACB mRNA and protein were detected using RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry in lung cancer and corresponding adjacent tissues from 58 non-small cell lung cancer patients. Results Compared with normal tissues,the mRNA and pro-tein of PRKACB were decreased in lung cancers,which were also associated with TNM staging(P<0.05). Conclusion Low expression of PRKACB was showed in non-small cell lung cancer,and associated with clinical TNM stage. Our results indicated PRKACB expression could be used as an important index in clinical diagnosis in non-small cell lung cancer.关键词
