Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of the nasal prosthesis augmentation rhinoplasty under nasal dorsal fascia. Method:Selecting 76 cases from October,2010 to May,2013 in the hospital treated with the nasal prosthesis augmentation under nasal dorsal fascia,evaluating the effect of augmentation rhinoplasty method,and researching customer satisfaction survey. Results:Among 76 cases of rhinoplasty patients under nasal prosthesis augmentation under nasal dorsal fascia,73 patients obtained the ideal nose effect,with 96.1% overall satisfactory degree. 3 cases had implant shape change and re operation. After operation again,they obtained satisfied effect again. Conclusion:Nasal dorsal fascia nasal prosthesis rhinoplasty operation has reliable clinical effect,with high safety. So it is worth clinical promotion.关键词
