Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of different glycyrrhizic acid magnesium injection in the treatment of acute eczema. Methods:Dividing the patients with acute eczema patients,on the basis of the drugs, into the observation group with 30 cases: 5% glucose injection 250 ml and different glycyrrhizic acid magnesium injection 60 ml was used one time a day for 15 days; Control group with 30 cases: 5% glucose injection 250 ml added vitamin C injection 2.5 g was used one time a day for 15 days. Two groups at the same time had oral desloratadine. Result:Total effectiveness rate in the treatment group was 76.7%,and the comparison group total effectiveness rate was 63.3%.Obvious adverse reaction was not seen in the two groups. Conclusion:Different glycyrrhizic acid magnesium injection the treatment of acute eczema clinical efficacy is obvious and the curative effect of the treatment of such diseases is exact with little side effect. It is of great significance for such disease,and it is worth clinical application.关键词
