药物联合紫外线治疗白癜风临床效果观察
Clinical Observation of Drug Combined with Ultraviolet Treatment on Vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effective treatment of methoxsalen combined with ultraviolet irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods:82 patients from May,2012 to May,2013 in the hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,with 41 patients in each group. The control group were simply provided with methoxsalen. Based on the method of treatment group,patients were treated combined with ultraviolet irradiation. Retrospective analysis of the clinical data and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results:In the control group,the significant rate was 53.6%(22/41),the effective rate was 22.0%(9/41),and the inefficiency rate was 24.4%(10/41); in the treatment group,significant rate was 73.2%(30/41),effective rate was19.5%(8/41),and the inefficiency rate was 7.3%(3/41).The treatment was superior to the control group(χ²=12.14,P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of methoxsalen combined with ultraviolet have significant effect,with high safety,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
