Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of using intense pulsed light combined with radiofrequency treatment on facial skin photoaging. Method:Randomly selecting 120 facial photoaging patients in the hospital from August,2009 to April,2013 in our hospital. All patients were randomly assigned into experimental group,control group A and control group B. Experimental group were treated with intense pulsed light combined with radiofrequency treatment,control group A were only treated with intense pulsed light, and control group B were only treated the radio frequency treatment. The clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared. Result:Patients in the three groups were all better,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Through evaluation comparison,there was no difference between control group A and control group B(P>0.05);The experimental group is superior to the control group A and control group B,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Radiofrequency can better improve the skin relaxation. Intense pulsed light can be effective in the treatment of facial pigmentation and telangiectasia. The combination of the two can promote each other so as to realize the facial skin photoaging effective treatment.关键词
