Abstract
Objective:To study the application and analysis of curative effect of injecting transplantation of autologous fat granules in aesthetic medicine. Methods:80 cases of facial soft tissue depression or facial wrinkles treated in the hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2013 were treated as the research object, for this group of patients, by injecting transplantation of autologous fat granules, including 74 cases of one injection, 6 cases of the two injections. Follow-up was done 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after the end of the recovery operation, and the recovery situation was compared. Results:After the operation, the effective rate after 1, 3, 6, 12 months respectively were 98.8%, 92.6%, 90.1% and 90.1%, with satisfactory effect. In the incidence of adverse reaction and complication, patients appeared mild injection site pain, swelling and redness reaction, and no patients had skin infection, fat embolism, hematoma and abscess. Conclusion:The injection of autologous fat granules on the face can survive for a long time, the cost of treatment is low, it is easily obtained material and is capable of repeated injections, and complication rate is low, therefore, this therapy is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
