Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical therapeutic effect of asymmetry double eyelid plastic repair. Methods:Selecting 80 patients with plastic repair of asymmetric double eyelid, and randomly dividing them into the observation group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the control group take simple incision, and patients in the observation group take small incision fusion to fat and embedded wire for treatment. Results:Patients in two groups were successfully operated, and two groups of patients were performed postoperative follow-up for 1 year. During follow-up period, patients in the observation group had no adverse events, and 4 patients in the control group had a scar left behind, double eyelid disappeared in 2 cases. There were statistical difference between the two groups the incidence of adverse events(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Small incision fusion to fat and embedded wire on asymmetric double eyelid cosmetic repair has a higher success rate of operation, and its repair effect is satisfactory, with the clinical effect of no adverse events.关键词
