Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of autologous septum cartilage support implant on short nasal deformity. Methods:Selecting congenital short snout short nose extension of 53 patients with angioplasty. The observation group had nasal septal cartilage extend support implants, and the control group had silicone prosthesis do support body implant operation. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Results:The two groups had no significant difference in the degree of extension; the time of observation group operation time was long, with the low rate of adverse reactions and high patient satisfaction, compared with the control group. There was statistically significant difference. Conclusion:Implant on short nose for nasal extended angioplasty through autogenous septal cartilage has less rejection reaction and high patient satisfaction. So it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
