Abstract
Objective:To investigate the rhinoplasty with silicone prosthesis implantation and the treatment effect on the nasal deformity. Methods:38 cases of nasal deformity patients in the hospital from March, 2010 to August, 2013 were selected as the research objects. According to the Chinese saddle and flat nose, mast and blunt, design of lateral cartilages head “Crescent” shaped cartilage suspension and removal was done, and it was drawn to the midline and then was fixed up. “New moon” operation will shape the alar cartilage nose prosthesis implantation and form a “shield”, to raise the tip of the nose, extend nasal columella and transfer the tip of the nose part fat paeoniae. Results:In this group, 38 patients were followed up for 2 years, in which 28 cases had good effect, 9 cases improved, 1 patients had minor complications, and no patient had tip anomalies. Conclusion:Under direct vision, rhinoplasty silicone prosthesis can significantly improve the nasal aesthetic effect, can prevent the occurrence of prosthesis displacement, slipping and exposed situation. Its effect is significant, and is worthy of further promotion in clinical use.关键词
