Abstract
Cleft lip and palate patients are usually accompanied by the jaw deformity, so timely correct surgical treatment is necessary. Orthognathic surgery for mild or moderate use of conventional jaw deformity after reduction needs to meet BSSRO and genioplasty to improve the surface type and bite when it is necessary. Distraction osteogenesis generally uses the built-in or external traction therapy. Orthognathic surgery can make existing restrictions scar stretching be solved. Two surgical methods have advantages and disadvantages. Clinical treatment should be based on the specific circumstances of the patients’ choice of treatment programs targeted to achieve a satisfactory clinical outcome.关键词
