Abstract
Objective:To explore the related factors influencing plastic and cosmetic operation, and formulating countermeasures to avoid unnecessary medical disputes. Methods:Selecting 40 patients who were treated in the hospital and felt unsatisfied with the operation, doing retrospective analysis of the patients’ clinical data, finding out the related factors influencing plastic and cosmetic operation effect, and proposing related countermeasures. Results:25 patients’expectation was too high, 8 patients didn’t grasp the proper operation adaptation disease or their operation design appeared bias, 7 patients had infection after operation; Through effective countermeasures, all patients were satisfied with the operation basically, without medical disputes. Conclusion:There were a lot of factors influencing plastic and cosmetic operation. Hospitals should enhance technological level, control the plastic and cosmetic materials, and nurse patients well before operation to reduce the medical disputes.关键词
