Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of red and blue equipment treatment on acne vulgaris. Methods:190 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, including 96 cases in the treatment group. The faces were treated with red and blue light irradiation treatment, irradiation distance was 5.0~10.0cm, 20 minutes exposure every time, 2 times exposure in a week, 4 weeks and 8 times for a course, with oral and external medicine use. The control group consisted of 94 cases, in addition to not use red and blue light treatment instrument outside the rest and treatment group using the same. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks later to determine efficacy. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.1%, and in the control group the total effective rate only reached 48.9%. The efficiency rate of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Blue and red light therapeutic instrument has very distinct curative effect on acne vulgaris.关键词
