Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value and safety experience of infantile hemangioma treatment with propranolol. Methods:Selecting 83 children with hemangiomas, 0.5mg/kg(weight) the first day, 0.75mg/kg(weight) the second day, and 1.0mg/kg(weight) every time after the second day with 1 time 8:00 in the morning and afternoon. The color, size, related indicators, PSV and RI of hemangioma were observed and compared. Results:There no statistically significant effect of sex distribution differences among different parts (P>0.05); superficial good rate is 69.77%, which is better than 15.79% of deep type, 52.38% of mixed type. PSV and RI of patients treated for 8 months are(23.0 ± 5.2) cm / s and (0.85 ± 0.11), which are better than (68.3±12.3)cm/s,(0.53±0.14)cm/s before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), with no severe adverse reactions. Conclusion:Propranolol treatment of infantile hemangioma has significant effect, with safe and reliable, but the effects are influenced by the type of hemangioma.关键词
