口腔修复治疗中铸造支架运用50例临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of oral repair casting stents. Methods:Analyzing the clinical data of 50 cases treated in the hospital for dental restorations. All patients were randomly divided into two groups. Cobalt chromium alloy group was treated with cobalt chromium alloy stents, and titanium alloy group was treated with titanium alloy stents. Through the follow-up interview, clinical results, complications, and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:Two groups each had 1 case of complication, and there was no significant difference. Cobalt chromium alloy group of patients satisfaction rate was 96.00%(24/25), and the satisfaction of titanium alloy group was 90.38%(23/25). There was no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:Casting bracket used in dental restorations can obtain higher satisfaction with clinical treatment, and cobalt chromium alloy and titanium alloy casting stents had no significant difference in the clinical curative effect and side effect. So it is worth clinical promotion.关键词
