Abstract
Objective: To investigate the vertical abdominal incision suture technique cosmetic clinical value among gynecologic surgery. Methods: 300 cases of patients by age and other factors were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 150 patients in each group, in its vertical incision abdominal surgery performed cosmetic silk suture and the abdominal incision were sutured in two ways. Results: Patients were abdominal vertical incision sutured cosmetic surgery, the patient’s operative time, blood loss, abdominal incision fat liquefaction of abdominal incision infections, and patients with an average hospital stay of patients than the control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: In clinical applications, taking vertical abdominal incision suture technique with respect to beauty vertical incision abdominal silk interrupted suture technique shorter operative time, blood loss in patients with abdominal incision fat liquefaction, lower abdominal incision infection, and easy to operate, patients undergoing after the recovery faster, have more significant clinical effect.关键词
