Abstract
0bjective To explore the application of autogenous auricular cartilage filling apex nas combined with silicone prosthesis in the augmentation rhinoplasty; Methods From December 2012 to October 2013,,26 patients underwent the augmentation rhinoplasty in our hospital,age is 22-46 years old, The average age is 28 years old. Suitable size of auricular cartilages carved to some shape were covered nasal tip of silica gel implant,then inserted under fascia of bridge of the nose to carry out augmentation rhinoplasty. Results 25 patients who achieved better results, and one patient discovered malposition of implant and Spontaneous recoveried after one mouth. All the cases were followed from 6 months to 2 years without slipping implant and malposition of implant. Conclusion The method of augmentation rhinoplasty using auricular cartilage in con-junction with silica gel implant can increase the thickness of autologous tissue in nasal tip, therefore, complications such as slipping implant and revealing implant were decreased.So I think this method is safe and effective.关键词
