Effectiveness observation of homemade arnebia oil yarn on wound care for paronychia extraction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of homemade arnebia oil yarn on wound care for paronychia extraction. Methods 60 cases of patients with panaris were randomly divides into two groups,each group has 30 patients. Treatment group using self-restraint arnebia oil for dressing change,control group using petrolatum gauze for dressing change. Results The efficacy on wound care oftreatment group better than control group. Conclusion Using self-restraint arnebia oil dressing on the wound Care of nail extraction ,achieved satisfactory clinical results,worth clinical promotion.关键词
