脂溢性皮炎患者的护理体会OA
Nursing experience of patients with seborrheic dermatitis
目的：探讨脂溢性皮炎患者在门诊诊治过程中的护理方法和体会。方法根据脂溢性皮炎患者的特点，进行个性化护理。结果161例患者中，治愈73例，好转79例，无效9例。结论宣教、健康指导和护理是对门诊脂溢性皮炎患者提高自我保健、正确面对疾病、积极配合医生治疗的有效方法。
Objective To explore the nursing approaches and experience during the diagnosis and treatment of seborrheic dermatitis patients in outpatient. Methods Individualized nursing was implemented according to the characteristics of the patients with seborrheic dermatitis. Results The patients’ awareness of prevention and treatment of disease is enhanced by our health guidance and care. Thus, a good therapeutic effect is obtained.
