摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical rehabilitation of dentition defect and severe tooth wear. Methods 33 cases with dentition defect and severe tooth wear were given prosthetic therapy using removable dentures combined with occlusal pads or fixed restoration occlusal pads. Results Patients' masticatory efficiency were significantly enhanced, facial appearances were improved, nasolabial grooves were normal, temporomandibular joints were stabile, with high rate of patient satisfaction. Conclusions Prosthetic therapy using removable dentures combined with occlusal pads or fixed restoration occlusal pads achieved good clinical effect in treating dentition defect and severe tooth wear.关键词
