Abstract
Objective: To explore the application value of presurgical nasoalveolar molding in unilateral complete cleft lip and palate preoperative correction. Methods: 13 cases with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate underwent early simultaneous lip-nose-alveolar repair following presurgical nasoalveolar molding (PNAM), the changes were observed before and after treatment. Results: After PNAM therapy, the measurement indexes differences were statistically significant as compared with that before treatment (p<0.05). Conclusions: Presurgical nasoalveolar molding showed significant effect on treating unilateral complete cleft lip and palate.关键词
