Abstract
Objective The analysis and discussion of the methods and results of all ceramic crown in the restoration of cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth in adults when. Methods Select the dental department in restoration of anterior teeth of patients in 2000-2013 year 50 cases, and were randomly divided into 25 cases of the observation group using all ceramic crown restoration and 25 cases in control group. The nickel alloy porcelain restoration, the two groups were observed after the application effect after repair. Results Two groups of patients after repair in 1 years after operation, the patients in observation group, gingivitis and gingival color reaction of porcelain were higher than those in control group, two groups of comparison has the difference, P<0.05, statistically significant.
