Abstract
Objective:In the oral and maxillofacial abscess puncture, compared with closedaspiration and incision and drainage effect. Methods: We used the method of random grouping, 31 patients with maxillofacial abscess patients were divided into 2 groups, first groups of the traditional incision and drainage operation method of treatment, second groups with aspiration and closed washing treatment. Results :the aspiration second group and closed washingcan not only alleviate the symptoms, relieve the pain of patients operation,but also protect the facial appearance. Conclusion aspiration in thetreatment of maxillofacial abscess, good curative effect, duration can be shortened, Conclusion:Puncture pumping pus and closed washing is oral and abscess treatment effective means.关键词
