Abstract
Objective:Analysis of operation of traumatic abdominal flap transplantation nursing points, to explore the nursing points. Methods:In our hospital parallel ilioinguinal pedicled flap transplantation in the treatment of 32 patients with hand injury were given peri operation period nursing path,including psychological nursing and health education,posture nursing,pain nursing,life care,environmental control, statistics of pain level,comfort,the sleep time of change. Results:operation were successful,pedicle division time(16~26)d,average(20.1+1.2)d. Conclusion:Hand injury abdominal flap transplantation in peri operation period should pay attention to the preoperative,early postoperative psychological nursing,pain nursing attention early after operation,postoperative life nursing,reduce patient discomfort,is helpful to reduce the pedicled flap avulsion,vascular crisis risk,guarantee transplantation into power.关键词
