Abstract
Objective:To understand the value of using autogenous ear cartilage and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene in rhinoplasty. Methods:Selected in our hospital in 2012 March to 2014 March were 40 cases underwent rhinoplasty beauty of patients as the research object,selects the alar cartilage edge incision+nasal columella incision to birds,nasal dorsum skin incision,prompted both sides of alar cartilage fully exposed and nasal cartilage,along the midline will bow and separation,and the deep part of nasal septum cartilage removed,to be shaping the post of cartilage of nasal septum in two alar cartilage suture, subsequent formation of new nasal columella(septal cartilage combined with nasal alar cartilage). For ear cartilage carving to almond shaped after nasal columella is fixed at the front end of the suture,and polytetrafluoroethylene was placed back of nose fixed,and finally by incision suture. Results:40 cases of patients receiving cosmetic rhinoplasty were achieved satisfactory results,natural appearance,feel good, the follow-up of 6~18 months,the nasal form satisfactory up to 95%. Conclusion:Autogenous ear cartilage and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene has important application value in rhinoplasty,can adjust the external nasal morphology,is worth the clinical promotion and application of positive.关键词
