摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of psoriasis treatment with methotrexate. Methods:50 cases of psoriasis patients in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group were given oral acitretin A treatment,and the observation group were given oral methotrexate treatment. The treatment effects of these two groups were compared. Results:After different treatment in the two groups,the total effective rate of the observation was 96.00%,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of methotrexate for the psoriasis patients has stable curate effects,few adverse reactions,and is very cheap,can be accepted by many people,is worthy of wide promotion and applications.关键词
