Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the adipose derived stem cells assisted autologous fat transplantation breast augmentation effect. Method:72 patients with healthy adult female,age 18-53 years old,mean age(30.4±1.3)years old,this group of patients were due to natural causes plastic,for adipose stem cells assisted autologous fat transplantation breast augmentation,curative effect statistics. Results:in this group,72 cases in 66 patients underwent an operation,6 underwent two operation,no patients had sequelae and serious complications,including incision infection occurred in 1 patients,the targeted treatment after recovery. Among the 3 cases of injection volume of more than 400ml of patients in review appeared fibrosis induration,gradually improved after operation,the majority of patients were satisfied. After the operation 2 weeks average uplift in patients with 14.34mm,52 postoperative patients were reexamined,retention rate was 79.04%,46 cases of postoperative patients,retention rate of 71.42%,patients with preoperative uplift were better than that before operation,after operation and condition operation significantly difference uplift,the significant difference between the two groups(data p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:adipose derived stem cells assisted autologous fat transplantation augmentation mammoplasty with low cost,no immunological rejection,simple operation,no scar,breast shape good advantage,the measures should be promoted and used in clinical.关键词
