皮肤软组织扩张器应用在头部疤痕畸形修复的效果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:to analyze the clinical effect of repairing head scar deformity patients using skin soft tissue dilator therapy in our hospital,in order to improve the overall health level. Methods:selected in this study were in our hospital in 2011 May to 2014 August were head scar patients,a total of 90 cases,treated by the skin soft tissue expander. Then collect the treatment data of 90 cases of patients,the therapeutic effect was analyzed retrospectively. Results:90 patients was performed in 148 expanders,including incision infection in 2 cases,after cured 1 cases occurred;expander leakage and expansion,followed by surgical operation were solved. All patients flaps survived,postoperative recovery effect is good,no obvious scar left. Conclusion:skin soft tissue expander in the head scar repair repair malformation in the application effect is very significant,patients with less adverse phenomenon,beauty needs.关键词
