摘要
Abstract
Objective:investigate the method of mid-face lifting through the plane under musculi orbicularis oculi and malar pad. Methods:Through traditional lower eyelid incision,we cut the musculi orbicularis oculi and undermining under musculi orbicularis oculi and malar pad. musculi orbicularis oculi ligment and malar ligment was cut off and the orbital fat were repositioned. The musculi orbicularis oculi and the malar pad were resuspended to the orbit rim. Redundant skin and musculi orbicularis oculi were respectively cut off. Results:All the patients return the youthful appearance and statisfied with the results. Conclusion:This methods of midface lift is simple,effectiveness and has less complication.关键词
