Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of prefabricated fiber post in the restoration of dental patients with different forms of residual root and crown. Methods:200 cases (with 200 tooth) of dental patients with different forms of residual root and crown in our hospital were divided into normal group (100 tooth) and improved group (100 tooth). Normal group were restored using metal post, and improved group were restored using prefabricated fiber post. The effects were analyzed. Results:The incidence of decay and fracture and patients’ satisfaction in improved group were significantly better than that of normal group (P<0.05). None of the two groups occurred severe symptoms. The successful restoration rat of the two groups has no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusions:Application of prefabricated fiber post in the restoration of dental patients with different forms of residual root and crown decreased the incidence of decay and fracture, improved the patients’ satisfaction, and may be used in the tooth restoration of appropriate patients.关键词
