摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pedicled skin flap to repair soft tissue defect of hand trauma. Methods:From March 2010 to June 2013,74 cases of hand trauma patients with soft tissue defect accepted the treatment of pedicle skin flap.Results:68 flap were survived,the hand joint function to obtain the ideal recovery,the flap blood supply to normal,no complications such as infection and necrosis. 4 cases of skin flap necrosis after peripheral,healed after dressing change. In 2 cases the flap edge blister,blood stasis purple spot and give symptomatic treatment blood supply back to normal.Conclusion:Pedicled skin flap to repair soft tissue defect of hand trauma can obtain satisfactory clinical outcomes,skin flap survival rate is higher.关键词
