Abstract
Objective:To observe the anesthetic effect of compound articaine(primacaine)in the treatment of endodontic disease. Methods:300 cases pulp diseases patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 150 cases. Control group were narcotized with procaine. Treatment group were narcotized with compound articaine. The local infiltration anesthesia and block anesthesia,and injection anesthesia in pulp cavity and periodontal membrane cavity were performed on two groups of patients respectively. Results:The anesthesia effect of treatment group was obviously better than control group(P<0.05),and was no other postoperative untoward effects. Conclusions:The using of compound articaine showed advantage of good anesthesia effect thus had good promotional value in clinic.关键词
