Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nasal head plastic autologous auricular cartilage in conjunction with silica gel prosthesis implantation in integrated nasal plastic application effect. Methods select January 2011 - 2015 years 5 months in our hospital from 110 cases of rhinoplasty patients as the research object and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 55 cases in each. Control group of patients using the conventional L type nose prosthesis shaping method. Patients in the experimental group with autogenous auricular cartilage in conjunction with silica gel prosthesis implantation beautify the nose rhinoplasty methods.Results The satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was 98.2%, and the satisfaction of the control group was 74.5%. The incidence of complication in the experimental group was 1.8%, and the control group was 21.8%. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the comprehensive plastic nose with autogenous auricular cartilage in conjunction with silica gel prosthesis implantation method to beautify the nose, can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients for surgery, reduce incidence of complications.关键词
